CPCRS helps organizations make and manage heritage sites marking profound stories of the American experience. Taking a critical perspective to historical scholarship, preservation practice and pedagogy is essential to our work. As an academic partner, we support stewardship organizations, preservation advocates, government agencies and other educational organizations already engaged in preserving civil rights heritage to advance our shared mission.
A donation to our Discretionary Fund will support the fundamental research, teaching and fieldwork that enables our collaborative initiatives.
